Rental agreement

Renting the villa by people under 25 without an accompanying person is not permitted - nor is smoking or partying. Pets are STRICTLY prohibited. Only registered people have the right to stay overnight; the agreed occupancy number may not be exceeded. The owners reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation if these rules are not respected. There is no granting of a refund.

Please also note that our villa is located in an area with several new villas. Therefore, there may occasionally be isolated noises, but these should not affect your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

House use:

The entire complex is private property. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the property or in the villa. Likewise, the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal items or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage resulting from use of the premises and otherwise. The tenant assures that at the time of his presence and during the rental period he will treat the property with care and will inform the landlord immediately if any damage has occurred to the property or furniture. Damage caused by the tenant himself will be charged. Our house was built on one level to ensure a comfortable stay. If you require an accessible stay, we ask that you contact us so that we can discuss the details.

Drones:

There is a general ban on drone flying over residential properties. In the new EU drone regulation, the requirements for a minimum distance from residential areas apply. A lateral distance of at least 150 meters from residential areas, commercial, industrial or recreational areas is specified. This completely rules out a flight in residential areas (and therefore also over residential properties).

In our villa we value PRIVACY - and we should treat our neighbors to the same!

Pool use:

The tenant undertakes to supervise the use of the pool himself for the rented period and confirms with the booking that the landlord is released from any liability. We thank you for your understanding. The pool has a depth of 1.40 meters. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know when booking. Pool heating costs 45 euros per day.

Child supervision:

When staying with children, parents or guardians undertake to assume full liability and fulfill their duty of supervision. Thank you very much for your understanding! We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday apartment in Madeira soon.
